Below is a list of programs and services within the Washington County community that help those on the verge of or currently experiencing houselessness. This resource page aims to provide the most up-to-date information in a very fast-changing landscape. Beaverton Severe Weather Shelter

RLRA Vouchers

Rental assistance and wraparound services to households facing housing instability.

Washington County Vouchers

The Housing Authority administers several rent assistance voucher programs.

Department of Human Services (DHS)

For more information on State benefits like SNAP, ERDC, TANF, Medicaid.

Immigrant + Refugee Community Organization

IRCO is a fantastic resource for all immigrants and refugees including supportive housing.

Boy + Girls Aid

Housing services for youth and young adults including temporary housing.

Community Action - Workforce Training

Workforce training programs that help identify career opportunities for living-wage jobs.

Project Homeless Connect

Emergency shelter, resource center, and housing support located in Hillsboro.

ASSIST

Help severely disabled applicants who are eligible for Social Security Disability benefits.

Street Roots

Weekly social justice newspaper sold by people experiencing homelessness to earn an income.

CODA

Addiction and substance abuse treatment. Residential treatment available in Tigard and Gresham.
